president's advisory committee on financial sustainability

purpose 

the purpose of the advisory committee is to identify, inform, and validate scenarios to mitigate against the university’s structural deficit. this will include reviewing findings from lakehead’s third party review and informing a corresponding implementation and change management plan. the goal is to ensure that we are on a path to financial stability while we continue to fulfill our core educational mission.
