at lakehead orillia, we understand the challenge of maintaining a positive and healthy balance between personal, work and family life. as a result, we provide a range of supportive resources, information and assistance to employees to support work-life balance.

  • employee & family assistance program (efap)
    provides free short-term confidential counseling and referrals for employees and their dependants who may have personal, family and work-related concerns.

  • bounceback
    a free skill-building program managed by the canadian mental health association (cmha) designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress or worry.

  • togetherall
    a free online mental health support network for ontarians 16+. uk-based togetherall is available to ontarians through ontario health (otn) with support from the ontario ministry of health.

  • beacon
    beacon digital therapy (icbt) is now available free of charge to support ontarians through stress and mental well-being concerns during covid-19, funded by the government of ontario.
