dr. endo is professor of english, seikei university in tokyo, japan. he is the author, editor, and contributor to numerous texts on the intersection of literature and psychoanalysis - with a speciality in bloomsbury culture of the early 20th century. he is also the translator of books on psychoanalysis into japanese. dr endo is currently a senior visiting research fellow of the institute of advanced studies, university of college london, where he is conducting original research on the work of roger fry.
