join lakehead campus rec for a fitness class during reading week! options include both in person and online classes for this week. registration is required ahead of time at luathletics.lakeheadu.ca. drop-in fee is applicable to those without a fitness pass.
the full class schedule is as follows:
tuesday oct 11 - cycle class from 12:15 to 12:45 pm, and full body fitness from 5:30 to 6:15 pm
wednesday oct 12 - cycle mixx from 6:45 to 7:30 am, and at home abs from 5:15 to 6:00 pm
thursday oct 13 - step & strength from 6:45 to 7:30 am, at home lower body strength from 12:15 to 1:00 pm, and 30/30 cycle yoga from 5:00 - 6:15 pm
friday oct 14 - cycle from 12:15 to 12:45 pm, at home core circuit strength training from 4:30 to 5:15 pm
