our schedule for the week of oct 17 to 21 is as follows:
monday oct 17 - step & strength from 6:45 am to 7:30 am, sweat sesh from 12:00 pm to 12:45 pm, 30/30 cycle yoga from 5:00 pm - 6:15 pm
tuesday oct 18 - cycle from12:15 to 12:45 pm, full body fitness from 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm, cardio dance from 6:15 to 7:00 pm
wednesday oct 19. cycle mix from 6:45 am to 7:30 am. lower body strength training from 12:00 to 12:45 pm. at home abs (zoom class ) from 6:15 to 7:00 pm
thursday oct 20 - step aerobics from 6:45 am to 7:30 am, turf fit bootcamp from 9:30 am to 10:15 am, full body fitness from 12:30 pm to 1:15 pm, 30/30 cycle yoga from 5:00 pm - 6:15 pm
friday oct 21 - core strength circuit training from 8:00 am to 8:45 am, sweat sesh from 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm, cycle from 2:15 to 12:45 pm
