online fitness programming july 13-17
join campus rec for our online fitness programming this week! all of our exercises are designed to be done with minimal space and equipment. all videos can be found on instagram @lakeheadcampusrec.
the july 6 - july 10 programming line up includes:
- squat basics & progressions fitness class - monday, july 13 at 2 pm on instagram live
- sidewalk chalk challenge - posted on tuesday, july 14 at 9 am
- slowing down & stretching fitness class - wednesday, july 15 at 1 pm on instagram live
- jump rope workout - posted on thursday, july 16 at 9 am
- upper body blast - friday, july 17 at 11 am on instagram live
all of our instagram live classes will be posted on our profile afterwards, so if you can't join in at the exact time of the class, you can always do the class afterwards!
