drop-in counselling provides single-session therapy using a solution focused approach. offered on a first-come, first-served basis. at the end of the session you will be given a written record of what was talked about. this may include suggestions or recommendations for next steps or referrals to other services that may be helpful to you.
registration for monday's drop-in begins at 1 pm.

attendance at all four sessions is ideal, but not required.
