sweat lodge ceremony
everyone is welcome to attend the next aboriginal cultural support services (acss) sweat lodge ceremony on wednesday, feb. 26 at 5 pm at the sweat lodge site in thunder bay. it's recommended that participants dress for the heat.
women should wear long skirts and a t-shirt. men should wear shorts. be sure to bring a towel. participants are encouraged to bring the elder a tobacco offering which is available for pick-up at acss (rc0002).
women who are on their moon time must not participate in the sweat lodge ceremony or handle ceremonial items. for more information please contact yolanda twance, acss coordinator at 343-8084 or via email at acss1@lakeheadu.ca.

marketing support manager frances harding will be at the orillia campus on tuesday, march 4 to give two branding workshops.
the first workshop at 1 pm is for members of the orillia campus coordinating committee. the second workshop at 3 pm in room oa 2017 is open to all faculty and staff.
